I caught it on tv at my parents one sunday afternoon like just passing by it, and i was whoa what is this? That was pre-internet times, i had nothing to guide me. But yes i had read the story before. It just didnt really look like how i had pictured it.

The vitamin D is helping I think. I don't feel quite as bad today physically or mentally. The slew of side effects low vitamin D can cause and then all the issues I've been dealing with is pretty interesting.

I also skipped the metamusil and my stomach feels a lot better.

Maybe I should try the gummies.

Ya know, when people do experiments, they keep everything the same and just change one factor, to see if and how that one factor changes the results. And even THEN it could be something else they didnt consider! So just saying, sometimes it sounds like you are changing meds and diets and supplements and sugars and salts and caffeines and liquids, that idk how you can tell whats doing what.

But i am glad to hear you are slowing down the metamucil. That stuff scares me. My gut is like a delicate flower!

Its my many doctors telling me what to take and what not to and stuff in order to figure out whats up. I also had an annual wellness checkup the other week that switched things up a bit again

I cant keep my ONE dr straight right now! Just trying to get my prescriptions triggers my PTSD, as in, these people are morons and im gonna die because of them! Then my dr snuck in an XR potassium. Like im gonna swallow that effin horsepill. I chop down my metformins every day to like one eighths or one sixteenths.
