I feel a little silly, I woke up about 20 minutes ago from a deep sleep and immediately panicked because I thought it was 9:20 AM. I was freaked out because I start work on Fridays at 10:00 am, and it's a 30 min. ride to work. And I thought I didn't have anything to wear as I did a load of laundry, and it still had to go in the dryer. I was freaked out until I logged onto my computer to check the weather and saw that it was still Dec. 7. Major relief that it's still the evening. LOL. Just relieved that I was just confused.

Oh that has happened to me a few times. Mostly back when I was in college and working graveyard shifts. Lucky you. I once slept for over 20 hours I was so exhausted. Missed my shift completely. But the director understood. As I was working full time and going to college full time.

I hate when you wake up - usually from a nap for me - and dont know if it's day or night or what day it is. It's so disorienting. I think this time os year, and spring, is when it happens most.

Especially in the winter when it’s dark so much of the day.

That happens to me during the winter when I take a 3 hour nap when its bright and sunny and I wake up and its pitch dark.

When working outside on my farm I come in & just lay down on my bed to rest af few minutes before making dinner.....wake up hours later not k owing date or time & not so good when I have somewhere to be the next morning because panic does hit until I realize it's not even midnight

Oh my! Glad it wasn't the time you thought it was.

Sometimes I wake up and think it's early morning. I'm wide awake, feeling like I got a great sleep, I look at the clock and it's 2am. Wah wahhhh...
