I'm doing okay but my emotions are FLAT thanks to meds.

I am feeling overwhelmed when I started trying to clean out my three junk drawers in my dresser

Maybe try just one drawer in one day and not try to do all 3? That’s what I do. Or do what you can and continue the next day.
