 I am feeling  overwhelmed  when I started trying to clean  out my three junk drawers  in my dresser

I feel like I never fully woke up today. I had caffeine and I did other stuff to stay active, but I was just sleeping a lot of the day and I'm still pretty tired and its early.
My moods and depression are good.

Yoyoing mood. First Christmas in a long, long time that's totally flatlining for me. I always liked Christmas...even during tough times. Old memories always made up for the negative stuff. Stable memories from early life. I'm not crushed but I tellya...it does NOT feel like Christmas in my heart.

I don't get what my issue is today. I just don't want to do anything. Including eating or drinking much of anything. Or getting out of bed much. I've had the TV on mute on NBC all day. I'm just lying in bed.
Christmas was great. I've seemed to crashed though.

On the whole I'm going well thanks. I had three guys over at my place xmas eve, three trusted new friends, just nice guys, and it was really special for all of us four 'non social people'.

I don't know how I feel. I'm getting out of the house without anxiety which is a huge improvement and I'm sleeping fine. But I just feel overall blah. But I'm able to cope with things

I was told last week that I'm autistic and have to live with it and I can't.
And I saw a Dr online and she wanted me to look into Functional Medicine and I contacted several Drs and they told me they don't take Medicare when their profile said they do take it! My nights have been absolutely horrible since I took Prozac two years ago!!!
