Loretta Swit (Hotlips from MASH) passed away this week. I liked how they allowed her character to develop.

Also heard recently that Alan Alda was diagnosed with Parkinsons.

She was great as Hot Lips Houlihan in Mash, I couldn’t believe she was as old as said, but Mash was long ago now.

I read a good interview with Alan Alda recently, he’s had Parkinson’s a while but sounds like he’s doing well considering.

We may have read the same interview with Alan Alda. I think he would be an interesting person to sit and chat with.

As for their ages.... how can they be in their 80s??? I haven't gotten older. How could they?

Alan Alda's autobiography, Never Stuff Your Dog, is a great read.

After I saw a post about Swit’s death I googled living Mash cast and there’s only 4 left. Man that makes me feel old.

Allen’s book was great. A funny read. Yeah I bet he’s great to chat with.
