I kinda wonder the same things myself. Just so much war, much of it never even covered,

We live in strange times.

MD, what is happening in the world is frightening. I believe there are a lot of people who wonder about our survival.

Things happening in our country, world events and things in my personal life have me battling olds demons.

Am going to end on that note because I feel myself starting to spiral into a bad place. Please take care of yourself.

World events are definitely concerning me and I'm struggling a bit to not let my brain get into a downward anxiety spiral. But I'm trying to remain positive and tell myself that the world has gone through crises before and we've survived so I believe we'll survive the current times.

My simple advice, only check the news a couple times a week
I was born during the ''cold war''
I'm not good at politics
My simple mind said ''Nobody is stupid enough to nuke over here from over there, because it'll all be gone'' so I don't think this part of the world (the americas) will get nuked.
We have had many nukes used and we are all still here
Try not to worry but also don't stick your head in the sand completely
Have enough supplies of water and food for 3 weeks. If it all goes down, I wouldn't want to live through it (my feelings)
Thanks for this!

I hear you, there’s been a lot of instability.

Self care is more important than ever at this time. I’m prone to worrying but worrying never changed anything, so I need to remind myself that. I’m a big believer in being involved in positive action, such as local community in some shape or form, in this way I feel I’m part of something bigger than me, that helps my worries go into perspective somehow.
