You have left over POTATOES? They're my favorite food, no left overs there.

St. Paddy's day I cooked an entire leg of lamb; had 2 bags of frozen leftovers so had lamb stew last night for Easter.

I try not to have any leftovers and "waste" food nowadays so I won't eat it, especially pizza. I rarely fix stuff that I've had a previous night if it isn't a roast or something I can cut up and freeze or make into a stew for the same week. I don't eat everything if we eat out but I don't bring any home either, want to watch my weight and having too much "real" food in the house makes it too difficult. I stock as much fruit and veggies as I can.

Iif I have leftovers it frequently becomes lunch for next day. But I freeze a lot too - especially if I make a roast or a big pot of stew. Being single, means having lots of leftovers if I really want to cook something yummy.

I find that leftovers so often taste much better the next day. All the wonderful flavors of the spices etc get to seep into the food ... oh yummmmmmmmmmmmmy leftovers!
