I failed my driving test today... I was too nervous and made one silly silly mistake in the first three minutes I have bad news...

I really felt I let my dad down, hed spent so much money on me! But everyone was ok about it, so Im now sat here with chocolate brownie ice cream and eating it with the choccie chip cookies I have just baked I have bad news...

I feel so much better now!

I'm sorry!!! I failed mine twice. It's nothing that some junk food and another test won't fix. Looking back, I'm actually glad I failed the first two times... I really don't think I was ready to drive at that point. You'll get it... just try again.

Ice Cream makes everything better! I have bad news...

Don't worry. Lots of people fail the test. Some fail the written, some fail the road. When I moved into a new state, I failed the written 2 times and I have been driving for 20 years! LOL
I could not get the new state license until I passed! I have bad news...

It happens ALOT because of nerves!

Sorry you failed your test. My brother took 3 tries to get his.

I moved from Maryland to Washington, D.C. and eventually decided to get a license in D.C. which just required taking the written portion and I was rather cocky and didn't think I needed to study or anything, went the day before my birthday (had to have new license by my birthday) and flunked the test. I hadn't realized, since D.C. is a city, not a county, that the rules would be a lot different; I had no clue what the speed limit was in alleys was, for example :-) They had a lot of weird insurance rules too on the test I had no clue about. So, I got the book, studied and took it again a couple days later and did fine.

I'm sure you'll do fine too next time you try, having had the experience and being a bit more comfortable, knowing what it will be like?

Baby G,

Was the test in the city, or a town? Is this your first time getting your license?

It's not easy.

A brownie and ice cream -- a perfect RX.

You'll get your license soon. This was just another dry run.

Mmmmm I love your form of therapy for it! Sorry to hear the news. I understand being nervous--LOL, I think we all do. We can all relate to being nervous for something and it not going right as planned. So you got some frozen calcium. Hey, they may not have passed you on the first try, but the positive side is just think what you did for your bones! Not to mention your mood, I hope. I have bad news...
