A Nintendo Wii!!! Here they have been so scarce. We have been looking for one for MONTHS. Target had an ad out this week saying they have them. I just brushed it off and said, "Yeah right". Well, we had to go get an air conditioner today and since we were there I thought I'd ask the guy and he said "Yeah, they are right over there" and I asked if he was joking....he looked at me like I was crazy and said, "no, I am not joking". I told him I wanted one.
So, even though we don't really have a ton of money, this is one thing I have REALLY wanted. I kinda figured this could be my B-Day present to my self since my b-day is on the 29th.  It isn't really good for my bum shoulder, but I am willing to work on it just so I can play! We only have the sports disk that came with it so far......but YOOHOO!!!! Now I will get up and moving more. I am so lazy! LOL  BJ

I LOVE the bowling that came with the sports disk. Although I am unable to play my favorite game (Zelda), I'm not that coordinated. Have fun! We got ours by being in the right place at the right time too. Walked into the store shopping for something else and happen to see them being put on the shelves.

Bebop - it's very very hard to play Zelda on the Wii, kids have adjusted but I cannot :-(.
On the other hand, the family bowling tournaments are fun for all. Well except for the dogs who have learned that isn't the time to run up to your hand. We've only had a couple times where one kid has whacked the other while bowling (we keep forgetting Matthew is a lefty!). Luckily everyone laughs it off.

I'm a Playstation person myself, but awesome!
I've played Okami on the Wii before, as well as Zelda and a Pokémon game. I gotta say, Okami was awesome, but I'm biased because I enjoyed it so much on the Playstaion 2. |

I have a wii and they are a blast, though I do get wore out pretty fast I know all the activity is good for me. I like the bowling and I bought sega fishing for it and I really enjoy that too. I hope you have a lot of fun with yours.

I had lots of fun playing last night. I love all of my systems and usually my PS2 and PSP are used the most, but I have been totally excited about the Wii so that I can get up and move and it will be fun instead of just boring walking! LOL
I love Zelda, too.....I wonder if I should rent it first to make sure I can work the controls! LOL I really want the Super Mario Galaxy game, but it may take a while to save up for that.

<font color="purple">I have a Wii, right now I only have what it came with (Wii Sports) and Super Smash Brothers Brawl. I want to get some other games too like Okami...which I've been wanting to play for forever ago, and Harvest Moon: Tree of Peace. I was thinking about buying Pokemon Battle Revolution, but only when the price goes down a little...it just doesn't seem to be worth $50. And I want to buy a points card because I want Pokemon Snap and My Pokemon Ranch

I wore myself out the other night playing wii for the first time, honestly. The next day was I ever sore between baseball, boxing and bowling.

LOL, yeah...it is SO AWESOME! I get sore all the time, but I have to use my left arm (I'm not left handed!) because my right shoulder is having lingering issues from my car accident, so you can only imagine how sore I get.
It is so darned addictive! I just want to keep playing all day and night, but I gotta take breaks sometimes! It is so great to get something after waiting for months and months for it! I just love the feeling!
