I just spent about 40 minutes on my bathroom floor. Picking things up off it, putting them in the tub,and cleaning out a couple drawers in a cabinet and a couple shelves. I was on my knees most of the time. Can we say pain? lol So I tried to shift myself around so I could sit . And clean the edges of the floor in there . Wiping things down good. When I did that, I picked up a nice piece of glass on the edge of my foot. And I'll be danged if I cant reach the lil sucker well enough to pick it out. I had another piece in there but got it out, this one is like straight in and deep enough there isnt much to grab at. And omg, when I went to get up off the floor, I couldn't seem to do it without rubbing on that part of the foot. I sure hope my husband can get this thing out when he gets home in a couple hours. ::: sigh::: Hurts like a son of a gun lol.Yeah thats kind how I was walking around too lolol

Sweet! Sorry you got a piece of glass in your foot! and I hope you can get it out!
I have a short rolling stool, that is used for auto mechanics, etc. It is great, and adjusts down to very low. I sit on it when I bathe my doggy in the tub...otherwise my back would be in great pain. Also good for weeding around the sidewalk, or just working low. Not expensive. You can get one from Harbor Freight Tools for around $20.

Ouch - I'm really sorry that happened - that's got to hurt. Hope when hubby gets home that he can get it out.

Uh oh. If you're like me, the worst is yet to come. I was on hands and knees putting vinyl tile in my bathroom. The next day I couldn't even lower myself to sit down; the muscles in my legs wouldn't work.

Didn't we used to be able to do this kind of stuff? Whahappened?
