We got the garden planted today. Got 6 tomato plants, 6 green pepper plants, 1 zuchini 1 yellow squash, 3 cabbage, 2 rows each of peas, green beans, and spinach( yes I love spinach salads lol) and so far 2 very long rows ( planted in the field behind us) of sweet corn. We got more seeds to plant yet of those. So it would probably give us another row yet. As soon as things start popping up, I'll post a picture of it. Cant wait!!!

Oh I'm so jealous - it'll be about 3 weeks before it'll be safe to plant here. And I'm jealous of your vegetable garden. I live in an apartment so I can only do herbs and flowers. But I do tons of herbs and have beautiful flowers all summer. I even grow chili peppers in a window box so I have fresh dried chilis all year.

Can't wait to get out there and get my plants in.

The Rockies are very frosty, but beautiful today. I live in an apartment too, but I have a balcony with railing planters and a front veranda where I can hang flower pots from hooks. It will be nice IF THE SNOW WOULD JUST MELT FINALLY! But seriously, it is very beautiful to look at and I will miss it.
