My cousin Ned, who was only 21 year old, died of a heart attack yesterday. His little sister Katie, who is 19 years old, was hiking with him and she watched him die. I am concerned about my whole family, but especially her. Please send prayers, healing thoughts, or whatever you believe in.

Oh my goodness Angie! I'm so sorry! What a shock for everyone - he is just so young! The whole family must be reeling.

Well, it wasn't a complete shock. He was born with heart defects. Has had many, many, many surgeries. Was never supposed to live long enough to even leave the hospital as a baby. So every day of his life was a bonus. Still, he was a special guy. Very kind-hearted. This is very, very sad.
