My big brother was born 2 years before I was. He died at birth.
I don't know why I "miss" him so much. I mean, it's not like I grew
up with him so I don't have that brother-sister bond. I never even knew him,
but yet I dream about our childhood together. How is that possible?
How can I miss someone so much that I never knew?

just my opinion on this....I think you are missing what might have been. if he had lived. I lost 3 grandchildren. one lived 13 weeks the other 2 were miscarriages. I miss them all! but for what might have been and they were of my flesh and blood.

I can totally relate to everyone here. My oldest brother and sister died before I was old enough to even remember them. I saw a picture of them and only wonder what they would be like today. I can't help but cry when I type this because I believe if they were alive today they would have rescued me from all the pain I endured. But I do know however they are in a better place, since they were conjoined twins at the heart and when one passed the other did aswell. Sorry you are hurting too.
Thanks for this!
