Today is/was my deceased daughter's birthday. Tomorrow is my adopted daughter's birthday, you know, the one that wants nothing to do with me? Yeah that one who moved out and it hurts. She is 18. Got whacked in the belly today remembering in a dissociative kinda way what today was. woah! I am going to sleep now.

My heart sank when I read your post. I'm very sorry you've lost your daughter. too worn out
Your adopted daughter is 18-teenage years are very hard on parents. I gave my parents one heck of a time. (ran away from home 3 times)
Try not to take it too personally-it sounds like she's going through a lot herself. She'll realize one day that you've been there for her.
I hope you find comfort in knowing that you are very much loved by both of them.
I'm sending you positive and nuturing energy...

All I know to do is give you a hug. I hope that's ok.
