she passed in june, and i thought about her and talked to her tonight. i had a good long cry. i felt like she was telling me she was okay...it felt peaceful. i plan on visiting her grave site hopefully either today or tomorrow. i miss her a lot. i wish i had said and done more things, but i think i realize now that with time we will meet again and can do all the things i wished we had. ill never stop missing her, and ill never forget her. what a truly wonderful women that God decided to bless my life with.

my thoughts to all of you who have lost loved ones.

I'm glad you had a good cleansing cry...good to hear you have made peace. =)

And thank you, my dad died in August and I haven't gone through the grieving process for it yet, though I know he is gone. I don't know why, but I figure it may come in its own time? *shrugs*

That sounds like a very healing experience. I'm glad you shared it.

Take care,

I to have lost my grandmother in May. She passed away from cancer. I miss her alot as well.
Expressing these emotions of greiving are a very healthy process to acceptance. It sounds like your already there. I value your strength. It is okay to miss the one's so dear to you. That's how they carry on in this world after death, through memories.
Thank you for posting your greiving, it inspires me to open and and begin the acceptance process myself. Just where to begin is the hard part.
