Today is the saddest day of my life for my friend Gareth is dead, he killed himself on new years eve, and we all only found out today, he was my close friend and now he is gone, its still a bit of a shock for us, its like we don't want to believe it and that we all expect him to come walking in at any moment, but we all now that he necer will, for he is gone, his ex-girlfriend took it really badly she was crying the whole day and I don't blame her at all, I just can't believe he is really gone. There are so many things i wish I had said to him, but I never did, and now he is gone, God I'm gonna miss him.

Thank you LMo, it really is hard to deal with it I don't even know where to begin right. It all seems so unreal at the moment, like its nothing but a bad dream and that I will wake up at any moment, but it aint a dream its all real, he really is gone now. My biggest question of all is Y, Y didn't he talk to us Y God damn it.

Really sorry Psyclox!
I mean, I know we are deal w/ demons and we sometimes wonder why we are holding on...then we hear news of this. May you embrace the memories of your friend. We are here for you as you grieve. Very sad for you. |

my heart stopped when I started reading this.. why? b/c a friend of mine, also named Gareth, committed suicide too, shortly after new years and it was one of the most horrible things to deal w/. we weren't as close as you two but I know how hard it was for me, it was hell. 4 yrs later it still hurts. If I can say one thing I would tell you not to go through this pain alone... reach out to people. You can't ever really know the why, but even if, pls don't blame yourself... I am so sorry you're going through this.

Thank you all, it is very hard right now, the funeral is on monday, Brenda and I are taking a bit of time apart right she really needs to grieve cause she has lost the only man she has ever truly loved, I wish I could be there for her in her time of need but she doens't want to see me right now and I understand, its just so hard to lose a friend especialy in this way. Again thank you all for the support and love.
