It's so nice to have a place to express our thoughts and feelings, where others can reach out to us in our sorrow and joy.
My cousin, Peter, called this evening to share that his mom, my Aunt had passed away peacefully last evening. He has been so wonderful in how he has watched over her, since she hasn't been well for quite awhile now. She was very dear to me, and as much as I'm saddened now that she is gone, I am so glad she is safely home with my Mom. She's lived a good life. I have been feeling sad for about five days, and didn't know why. My cousin said she has been in the hospital since last Friday. Maybe this is why. Thanks everyone for listening. Hugs, EJ |

So sorry Jane, It's a peaceful feeling when you know that she lived a good life and passed peacefully, it helps with the mourning process.
I have you in my thoughts, and I hope all goes well. Sorry for your loss.

Thanks! Yes, my aunt lived a very good life. My cousin, Peter, did an amazing job of supervising her care, visiting her, plus being able to keep a job himself. She was 84, and passed very peacefully, with her son by her side. Hugs, EJ |

That's very good, it's a good way to end a good life. Personally I would find peace in that......peace amongst the missing.

I just want to say firstly I am sorry for your loss Also to tell you I can understand how you feel, both my parents committed suicide within three years of each other. Initially I too was confused and can see exactly where you are coming from. I just want to reassure you that you can and will get through this. You will find a time when the hurtful times get further apart and less severe and also the memories of pleasure become easier to access Please know my thoughts are with you and I am happy for you to email me too love and hugs Lynn Grocott3@aol.com
