- There will be amazing days where you can share memories and smile. Where a memory hits you and you cannot help but laugh until your insides hurt.

- There will be days where you feel so incredibly alone that your only friend are those memories you have.

- Sometimes you will question if they ever existed at all because their life seemed like such a gift. And sometimes you realize that they were here, and you were lucky enough to love them.

- Sometimes you wont be able to get out of bed because you literally feel your heart breaking. And you will learn that's okay. Missing someone so much shows such amazing strength. It reminds us that the person we lost was such an incredible light.

- You are brave. You are brave everyday you wake up without them. You are brave when you sob for them. You are brave when you smile for them. You are brave because you're still here, even when they are gone.

-You're allowed to hate the world sometimes. Don't let anyone tell you any different. You're allowed to curse the world. You're allowed to ask "why them?" you're allowed to scream and be mad and question.

- You're allowed to miss them. For as long as you need. Forever.

- You're allowed to live your life. You're allowed to love again, to feel again. You're allowed to be happy. Because you're a warrior. And you're still here. And for that, you should be proud. I am proud of you.

- Grey

It is a wonderful post, I think many people who are dealing with grief and loss will get a lot out of reading it. I can relate to all of it. It is hard to think of oneself as brave when feeling so badly, when struggling so much some days, when that heartbreaking feeling of aloneness takes over. The loss never goes away. For me right now I am struggling a lot with finding meaning and relevance in anything.
Thanks for this!

(((Teen Idle)))

Thank you for sharing this post with us. What you write is so true. It's so hard to think about, read about and live without the one's we love (I say this in present tense because the love is not in the past, it is current and still flowing in our hearts).
