How many therapists have you had since starting mental health treatment? I have had four in less than four years.

I think no one can help you except yourself. Going to therapist to let out your emotions but it's not fixing the sourced problem.

Understand what bothered you and try to fix it. Gotta be strong in order to survive and live on happily. Don't be a weak link. This is my new resolution : live better happier healthier

When I had insurance I had the same T and Pdoc. After loosing insurance I continued with T but cut back on Pdoc visits both as self pay. When my money ran out I went into the public health maze for the uninsured. I worked with a county non profit group on a sliding scale thing. In a year and a half I had 6 Ts and 8 Pdocs. I am currently counting the days till Medicare kicks in so I will be able to seek professional help again.
