Ok so I am awake agian! I can't sleep at all lately and it wasn't that long ago that I was sleeping all the time....So since I am awake I figured I would run something past you all.

I can't decide if it is the stress that I am under or if it is just having alot of questions being asked that I am having nightmares agian. I was in a car accident 2 years ago on the 22nd of November. (I was lucky to survive) The accident was pretty bad, and lately I have been having random dreams in which people die, sometimes in a car and sometimes there is a car in the picture, like the person is headed for the car...I just really don't know what to think and it is kinda got me a bit freaked because I occationally have preminition dreams. Any ideas or sugestions to help me out would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Dar

Dar, having bad dreams and worrying about them can make us not want to sleep I think (wake us up before we have a bad dream) and that's not good. When I use to get a run of bad dreams I'd discuss them with my therapist and "use" them, look at them as helpful so even though they were unpleasant to have, my attitude about them helped me remember they were just dreams and can't hurt me and can even help me if I let them.

I found this article too which looks good:

Hello I hope you are doing well. I think when you got sick and your medication possibly got derailed by the antibiotics, it may be putting you into a more unregulated state of mind, and may be causing the problem. I feel strongly that you should call your Dr for a medicine adjustment for your Psych meds. I feel it is an imbalance and needs to be tended to as soon as possible. Take care Sincerely soidhonia
