A week ago, i lost my father to cancer. i'm 31 years old, but right now i feel like i'm eight and missing my daddy. i'm bipolar and am rapid cycling, but does anyone know if that's normal?

I'm so sorry to hear about yr loss...I completely understand because I just lost my mom 4 weeks ago and I went hypo manic. My.pdoc explained to me that when a big trauma happens it can throw us into a full blown episode...even if we're medicated..I'm sorry yr going thru this. It's very difficult to lose a loved one under normal circumstances.but to have an episode too makes it really rough..hugs to you. Yr welcome to.pm me if you want to talk.
