Hi everyone,
I'm spring2014. I lost both of my parents . My mom died in 2010 . My dad will be gone for 2 years this month in two weeks . My mom past away two weeks before Easter in 2010 .she died in the hospital .my dad made witness her passing in the ccu unit at the hospital the morning of March 15,2010 .that day was so.hard on me cuz I took care of her for 9 1/2 years before she past away . My dad died 2 1/2 years later after my mom died .he died at hospice from stage IV lung cancer . He was in remission for a about a year and half before it gotten really bad and attacked him hard . Trying to deal w both of their losses was difficult on me .I still have my choir director my confidante to help to deal w these issues . She knows what I'm going through dealing with the losses since I'm trying to carry on in my church the family legacy at my church . Are times I'm being pick.on my bro cuz he thinks the choir is my life and it's my choir family . He goes they will kick.me out cuz I don't have an.income or retirement to hang to . I mean would they do.something like that to a dedicated choir member for 15 years ? I don't get it everyone it gets me upset and Mae at him

I know nothing about your church to answer that question but it is unlikely that your church would abandon you. if you are feeling insecure, ask them. sounds like your brother is just being angry that he doesn't have the supports that you do. I am sorry for your losses. take care.
