I started a new job in the summer of this year, with this new job i was given a job coach to help make things go smoothly for the first 90 days or so. She was a very pretty job coach and I instantly started having STRONG feelings for her. She was however married and had 3 kids which i was aware of from the start.
Just this week I was reprimanded for something at work and i lost this job coach and was given another job coach from a different agency. The departure was so sudden, and I am having difficulty getting over it

Hi funnyman. Sorry for your loss of your job coach. She must have meant a lot to you. It is difficult to see someone so caring and supportive and not want to transfer some of our need for affection, at least in hopes and dreams, to that person. It is natural. Now unfortunately that relationship is broken.
Because the job coach is a business relationship, it may be unavoidable. It is possible your former coach was feeling your growing hope for affection and asked to be taken off your case? It is hard for a married woman to deal with that.
Do you have a therapist to help sort out all these feelings? Maybe it is time to look for one. Most insurance plans cover for 26 weeks. Check with your insurer.
In the meantime, is it possible to try to reestablish a working relationship with your new coach?
