My name is Julia. I'm 19 years old. The night before thanksgiving I was sitting in my room which is located in the basement of my parents house. My father came home from work. I rushed up thinking it was my mother. I had a quick conversation with my father who had turned 52 a week before thanksgiving. That night, he went to the bar that is located just down the street form our house. When I was young, he was always at the bar but had stopped going for a while. at about 9 that night I went up stairs and he wasn't home yet so I went to bed. I woke up at 6 am the next day and he was still gone. My mother had just gotten out of bed. I asked her where he was and she didn't know. At about 8, we went walking the streets. When we couldn't find him we called the police. An officer came to our house and was taking notes for a missing persons report. At that moment, my mom received a phone call that my father had passed away. They found him against a garage. There was lots of snow on the ground so we couldn't tell why he fell. It turns out, he fell over tree limbs and broke his neck. That morning, I lost my best friend, role model, and father. To this day, I'm lost, confused, and angry. Rest in peace Daddy, you are missed
