mY UNCLE DIED..NOW I FEEL DEAD TOO - TOO MUCH GRIEF - MY BROTHER IS DIEING - I SEEM TO BE PERMANENTLY SICK WIHT dIABETES OUT OF CONTROL - I CANT SEEM TO GET PAST BEIGN ATTACKED 9 YEARS AGO - THINGS STILL TRIGGER ME - LIKE MY UNCLES DEATH - SO MUCH WASTED TIME

I DIED 9 YEARS AGO - AND ME WAS BORN - I DONT LIKE ME - I AM STILL GRIVEING THE PERSON I WAS - MY UNCLE WAS A GOOD MAN AND I DIDNT CONTACT HIM MUCH COS I WAS FIGHT8ING THIS DAMNED PTSD THIGN - SO MUCH LOSS - i LOST ME - i LOST MY FRIEND TO CANCER - ANOTHER TO ANOTHER ILLNESS - ...

I just n oticed this in is caps - please forgive me - dont have the energy to change it -
