Hi all-

I lost my boyfriend a year ago 7/1 and my sweet baby dog on March 2 of this year.

I'm not sure if I'm grieving or just obsessively thinking about them.....

Help requested!

I think at first it is very normal for people to think about the lost loved ones all the time for the first year or so. I believe you are still grieving.

and I think it is normal to experience grief for some time when you have lost someone who was important in your life

as well as your pet

It takes time to move forward after this kind of loss.

If you feel that it's someone interfering with your life, then maybe there are some things that you could do to help the process.
