Hope you feel better real soon!grrr

I like to make echinacea teas right away when I get a cold or flu-like symptoms. There is also 'airborne' that helps speed up colds. I would definitely do hot liquids, yup, yup, yup! And maybe some iced teas to cool down. You drink lots of your water that way too! (;

It might not cure it, but it speeds it up.

peace and health,
Night

Yuck, I don't drink tea.
I've still got the cold but it's getting better.
Phew.
Thanks everyone.
