Saw this post of yours in the weight loss thread from last week. Is this true? I drink Crystal Light all the time cuz I HATE tap water and it makes me feel sick and I can't afford to buy bottled water. I also have several boxes of it in my cupboard.

Aspartame has also caused seizures in diabetics
