I just got on the scale. 250. Guess I guessed wrong. Anyway, I'n not sure of my goal just yet. Somewhere around or below 180.

so is this the official weigh in? or butterfly lady's post...i'll copy here just in case.
I'm a little late tonight, but here are my specs: 4-10 8:30pm Weight: 194 Left Bicep:14 Right Bicep:14 Bust:44 Underbust:37.75 Stomoach:40 Waist:37.25 Hips:46.5 Butt:45 Left thigh:26 right thigh:26.25 Not sure what my target inches are, but my target wieght is 140 lbs. I'm starting pilates tomorrow! (hopefully) today i tore my apartment apart cleaning and moving boxes, so that's something. I'll take my measurements again next sunday, but I won't weigh in again for a month. Good luck everyone!!!!! Rayna

Well, today started off good but i had work straight from school and they stop serving proper food at work at like 7 and i work 5-10 so i don't get dinner, so i eat more crap.
But i weighed myself this morning and i'm a shocking 12st 3. I hope to at least get down to 10st. I plan on measuring myself, but i think i'll do it next week because i'm too tired to do it just now.

Heck yeah I'm all over this! Didn't work out tonight. Can only shower every other day or my skin falls off, so I'll work out on nights I need a shower. I did however walk to the mailbox instead of stopping in my car while driving to my parking place =), then I walked briskly around the complex a few times. Whoo hoo! Go us!

in my insatiable researching mode, i found out that exercise helps even bad arthritis..so that clears me to walk in the park and with Fayeroe...i'm thrilled. i will be out there today....pat
