Not got a therm but I don't think it's a high fever, probably very mild...
Achey...
Exhausted...
Racey heart...

Sigh.
What could this be???

Sounds like a virus or infection. If you can take paracetamol that'd be ideal to reduce any temperature you may have. If you've not already, it might be a good idea to take some berocca which helps me if I'm feeling run down. Other than that maybe some lucozade which has electrolytes and stuff in it that could help you too.

If you're not feeling better soon it would be ideal to go to see a doctor, maybe at a walk in centre or polyclinic if you have any in your area which would mean you wouldn't have to see your GP.

I hope you feel better soon.

I am taking my tramadol(as usual med for pain) and ibuprofen, but next doses, I may take cold&flu medication, would that help at all? I think they have para in it...

I don't think we have a walk in anywhere near here... but I could ask my mum if it's possible to look... but she's never keen on going anywhere like that, GP is down the road... so may just go there if it doesn't get any better over next few days / gets worse...

Thanks.

I don't think it's that serious maybe, probably just a bad cold or flu, I'm just gonna keep taking meds, bedrest and plenty of fluids/easy foods on tummy...

If gets worse or no better will try going drs... will have to ask mum, she's not keen on it... never is... ;s but will try if gets worse or no better...
