So lately I've been feeling a bit better about myself every now and then. But to feel even better, I need to lose a bit of weight. I know I'll never be super skinny..I'll always be a chunky gal...

But I just need to have not only tips on eating better, but support. And I think you guys are the ones for help.

I need just maybe little tidbits on eating better, I'm already a vegetarian so veggies are down packed..but some sort of good meals that I won't feel bad about. I don't know necessarily how much I want to lose, but something noticeable..not just 10 pounds, I need to look better than this. By the end of the school year ending (10 months..ugh ) I want to look good.

Does anyone have any good excercises? I need those. I've been doing jumping jacks and situps, and exercising in gym, I guess that's a plus ?

Thank you all..it's much appreciated.

WALKING.... is the best thing you can do for your body, health and heart.
30 minutes a day (or every other day) will make a difference.

I had to retrain myself NOT to eat after eight o'clock at night. It really helped with my weight lost. If I did find myself craving after that time, I would have a cup of decaf herbal tea or go to bed!! I wish you success with your weight lost!
