I have this really weird sensation just started today, it feels like I've lost any power, especially in my arms.

It got to 1.30pm and I'd not eaten anything because there was nothing in so I decided to got to the shop. On the way back I noticed how much I was struggling to keep my arms up so my hands were on the steering wheel. They were shaking like I was putting huge effort into it. When I got home I was just making a roll and lifting a bit up to eat with one hand felt like a huge effort too, my arms were shaking again. Sitting here I'm pretty slumped over, my body just seems to have lost it's energy.

I do have fibro, but I've not experienced anything like this before. I've not been feeling all that great for a number of weeks really if I think back. Nothing specific, just like tiredness (which I put down to fibro), low mood and irritable(put down to depression and stuff), stomach ache, nausea etc (put this down to IBS).

I've been sleeping and eating ok most days, so I can't think what's going on. Any ideas?

Now I'm feeling really dizzy, nauseaus and lethargic. So I'm guessing it's a virus or something.

Sounds like you need to go to a doctor and get checked out. Better to be safe than sorry.

Thanks for the reply.

I don't need a doctor though, they all just think I'm rediculous anyway. It'd be a waste of time for me to go and get told just to get on with my life.

I feel mostly ok today, so I'll be fine.
