When was the last time you had your thyroid meds checked to see if they're maintaining levels? I had/have some of your symptoms; am on two thyroid doses as one I can't wake up and the other I can't get/stay asleep. I've had the hot, stomach, headaches, etc. too because of it.

I've felt much better since I'm started eating better and lost a lot of weight. My asthma has gone into remission and I don't have quite so many problems. That and I see my doctor every 3 months and we work on the thyroid issues. I just got him to change the one I was on because the inactive ingredients were fewer so less likely for me to be sensitive to them.

last time my thyroid came back on the high end & asked doc about getting it tested to see if meds needs adjusted & he said no i guess cuz it wasnt over. i did a number on myself earlier in the year & went off thyroid meds & when i went to doc it was 14 as normal is between dunno .5-4 last time it was almost 5. i also got the mirena iud taken out back in september & have felt better have nearly lost the 30lbs i gained in 2 months when i got the thing put in even though all summer i walked 4+ miles a day pushing my then 18month old. can even wear jeans again. as far as all the other symptoms i figured out i just gotta cut the coffee all together im soooo sensitive to caffeine. the days i dont drink it i feel normal in mind & body. thank u for helping & showing concern.

I so understand what you are saying and while I do my best to be a part of the world and my family/friends life when my body will allow me to do so I still wish they would take a moment and step back and see how it is from my side of the room... maybe then they could stop harassing me and start loving.
