It that time of year where I get really bad Hay fever and I'm wondering if there is anything to make it stop?

Hi Miss A....DEPENDS if you are on meds talk to your doc but Benadryl or any OTC antihistamine would help. You may want to get a Rx for the antihistamine even,,,Also A/C helps and stay indoors a lot mid day...I live on Allegra. I do not know the UK names for these meds but google them. Good luck this is a bad year for allergies they say
