Came in to check on you, Lynn. Have your pain levels improved any?

I've never had frozen shoulder, but my right shoulder has been injured four separate times, and I can't sleep for long on that side. Probably not as bad as your pain, but I can sympathize.

(Thank God I'm left-handed.)
Thanks for this!

Thank you (((LovebirdsFlying))) for asking - infortunately it hasn't improved yet but I go this Thursday and the following for another shot. Last time I saw improvement with the 1st shot. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the next 2 shots.

Well I received my 3rd cortisone shot last Thursday and I'm happy to report, that I'm getting some relief. The first 2 didn't do anything, although my specialist said it was too early to tell. The next day(after the 3rd shot) I saw a marked improvement and now stretching and exercising isn't agony. I feel I can really start to get the movement back thank God.

So the 1st shot went in the front, the second one went through the back of the shoulder - he looked very confident with the 3rd one, which he put right through the top of the joint. I already have 80% movement back and I'm grateful for the pain relief. Thanks to all the members who've supported this thread.

Lynn, I'm happy to hear you are finally getting pain relief and increased ROM.
So, should it come back, next time tell him to start with the top of the shoulder

I hope you continue to improve.
Thanks for this!
