Ok here we go again. The first one of this was begun after the new year... and I can safely say I haven't gained any weight to this point. I fit in one size smaller than I did... but I need to continue... The idea I had/have is no real discussion on this... tidbits of info etc that's good, but try and keep the main focus JUST listing what you ate that day. Food is neither good nor bad, in general.... what helps us best to rearrange our thinking about our eating is to realize, own up to, be truthful to ourselves about, what we put into our systems.... that 's it. No blame, no shame...
Today I ate a fat free pudding. Then I had grilled chicken, steamed broccoli, salad with vinegarette dressing. Brought half home for tomorrow. Oh I also had that tiramisu I wanted for my birthday cake yesterday ![]() How about you? To better facilitate your remembering to come here, add this thread to your favorites!

i had half a cantaloupe, filled with lowfat cottage cheese for lunch. and for dinner, i had a small hamburger, with extra lettuce, tomatoes and onions. i've lost 9 pounds.

oh oh, today so far I have had 2 diet peppers and a hand full of gorp. Maybe eat a sandwich later.

hmmmmmm, i slipped up. i ate beef again. i've been off beef for ages and ages. had a barbecue sandwich. i've had my fill. it made me feel bad. so, i'm over it......had half a cantaloupe for dinner. and a mango drink.

I ate the other half of the salad and chicken. Then snacked on rye soda crackers (zwieback for adults.) No, that's not right.. they're um gee I can't recall what they are... nothing they are nothing crackers.

Sigh. Ate chicken noodle soup. baked potato, salad. (the above are sourdough rye crisps)

hmmm I ate some southwestern rice....then some shrimp and fries then topped it off with an icecream. not too bad for a day I hope

Today I had spaghetti and meatsauce, salad, tiramisu... and salad and potato..

today I had for breakfast...eggs sausage grits. half a small bowl of popcorn. dinner I had a roast beef sandwish potato cakes from arby's and then a small snack of a quarter if that of cucumber

ok I feel like I am doing ok so far. ya'll please be my support. I have to lose at least 80 lbs. today so far I had a can of tuna in water, a very small salad and half a cucumber...going for the no carb thing right now.

sigh I only had soda and no butter popcorn today... I think neither of them counts as food.

I had a can of tuna, a cucumber, a small piece of steak with a small amount of green beans. healthy? I am so hungry lol

I had 1/2 of: NY steak, salad with oil, baked potato decaf coffee (planning on the other half later!)
