For the first time in months, I had a lower-back-pain free weekend! I can actually touch myself (heh heh heh) without wanting to puke. I went to the chiro this morning & she could poke & prod my back, too. I don't know if it's been the intense chiro care lately or the muscle relaxer (which I'm only taking once a day), but I'm wishing I hadn't waited all this time to finally get my back looked at! I sat all night at work for the past two nights without feeling like I was twisting into contorted knots.

Very cool! Thanks for sharing your good news, even seeing the title was a pick-me-up.

Good for you! Maybe it's a combination of it all?

Anything is possible - I started getting sore last (Tuesday) night at work, but my cow-irkers were driving me up a wall, so of course I was going to be tense & undo all the hard work the chiro's been doing... But my back didn't wake me up today!!!

(it's like the blood pressure meds - they work fine when I'm home on my off days & not dealing w/inlaws or cow-irkers. The minute I talk to my m.i.l. or even think the word 'work', my back knots up & my blood pressure pops one of my eyes out... and the GP I see doesn't believe that my job can really affect me that badly.)
