I would like to learn meditation and have no idea where to begin. Any suggestions or recommendations.... books, tapes, class. How does one learn this?

If you practice, how did you first learn?

Thanks!!!!

I first learned mindfullness meditation in rehab and then learned about it some more when I was in the psych hospital. Jon Kabat Zinn has a few CD collections of guided meditations available. Mindfullness for Beginner's is good. You can get it from Amazon.
