Ugh! I'm so frustrated. Sometimes I think there are way to many cooks in the kitchen, I keep being told to go to a 'specialist.' So, short version:I've had alot of issues with allergies, PMDD, anxiety, and episodes where I get this feeling of extreme fatigue (sometimes in relation to my menstural cycle sometimes not.) The allergist just diagnosed me with IgE defiency and Vitamin D defiency. Now, I went back to my regular doctor, who wants me to see a reumatologist to see if this 'fatigue' is related to 'chronic fatigue syndrome.' I'm totally physically exhausted, not like with the PMDD. This time I have the 'drive' to get up and do stuff, I just physically feel drained, I have no energy. When I have the PMDD symptoms and am tired, I have no drive at all. This time, and it's more frequently occuring, I feel completely physically exhausted. Anyone have experience with chronic fatigue syndrome?

Fatigue, yes, "Chronic fatigue syndrome" no.
![]() Why not take a break from searching with doctors and see what others have found to help CFS? Does it matter what the official name is (assuming that doctors would even agree eventually) as long as you find some relief? The good thing about CFS is it often "goes away" on it's own. ![]() Do all the good self care you can. There's nothing more you can do, right? ![]()
