ugh... I hate my nose. It runs 24/7!
I swear I must go through 20+ tissues a day...
I try not to blow it unless absolutely necessary
(have heard that can irritate it and make it run more)...
even though it is constantly wet inside because of snot running out of it,
it feels raw and hurts really bad... and it is getting raw on the outside from me wiping it so much
(I have tried those supposedly soothing tissues with lotion... they don't help)

... anyone have any ideas how I can get some relief?

Have you tried any meds? I like loratadine and chlorpheniramine (not at the same time).

I have tried a store brand allergy pill (don't remember what it was called)... it worked pretty good at first - I could take one and my nose would be dry (or at least drier) within like a hour and a half but it stopped working after a while... then I started taking two. When that stopped working, I gave up.

Miracle1986,

The best thing for me has been avoiding allergens. I do use an air purifier whenever I am at home, which helps a lot! The air purifier removes all sorts of triggers ~ mold, dust, smoke, paint fumes. Each of those is a major trigger for me either in nasal and/or respiratory areas.

Well worth the investment!! I still have kleenex in every room of the apartment, and use it daily, but no longer constant. I've tried different medications, but they never helped me at all. I seem to be very resistant to lots of different medications.

Best wishes to you!

If you have the ability, you might want to go to an allergist and find out exactly what you are allergic to. I did this when I was a kid and got allergy shots. They helped so much with my allergies. Also, if you are looking into medications, the different medications work slightly differently. You might want to check out other types. There is a difference between antihistimines (eg benadryl) and decongestants (eg sudafed) they work on different systems so you might want to check out both. Know that most antihistimes have a side effect of sleepiness on the warnings. Let me know if you want more information on the meds as I went through a lot of them finding what worked for me and now a lot of them are over the counter. Good luck.
