I have these little black heads all over my belly and i dont know why.
Any ideas, they have been there for weeks, i have never had a black head on my face before!

Is it really a blackhead or is it an inflamed follicle? I have this thing called keratosis pilaris. It's basically inflamed hair follicles that result in little bumps on my legs and arms. I have to use a steroidal cream for 2 weeks then not use it for 2 weeks so I don't get the side effects of steroids.
I would suggest going to a dermatologist. You can get zits or blackheads anywhere on your body but they can rule out anything else and maybe suggest a cream or wash for it. Good luck. |
