Hi im Holly, I was D wit Chrons disease a few years ago an been on sooo many cocktails of meds i swear i have started to rattle when i walk! You may or may not no what Chrons is but its basicaly like have TB of the bowle however it can effect your entire digestive track from mouth to well you know where! Its incredibly painfull and i can go from flat stomach to looking 6 months pregnant in mins, it swell because the bowle itself swells not just gas bloat lol! ive had one previous op to try to help by removing the worst effected areas, an im due in for another on Tuesday, they can only do this so many times as although as humans we have alot of bowle we actualy need that much!
I am scared that at 27 my future dosent look that bright i plead every day with my body to work with me not against me but it wont listen, waking up everyday feeling ill really gets me down, along with a whole bunch crap going on my personal life. I know with the right treatment it can be pushed into remission, which is the best i can hope for as there is currently no cure!
I dont really know why im posting this i guess i just want to say it out loud somewhere.

Hi. I hope your operation goes well and you find the "right treatment" to put the disease into remission and they soon find cure for Crohns. Unlike you my defective head thank and apologize to my body for putting up and enduring all the abuse and weakness of mind. Stay strong.

my family memeber has chrons, he didn't know what was happening to him for a year and the doctors didn't know either, he was litteraly diesng becasue he couldn't eat, was wasting away, looked like a ghost and always in pain. They finally figuered it out and is going through various treatments, he is young like you.

i do not have chron's , i have chronic pain that i have been battling with since i was 17. to have a bleak outlook on life at such an early age...yes this i know. I want a knew life i want a new body, i never had a chance.
i can't live in that space..some days are good , some days are bad...and everyday day is uncertain....i think one of the reasons you posted is because you know someone out there would listen, someone will know what your going through even if it's the tiniest amount.

It's always something, remember that and repeat it, so when another obstacle happens, you will be mentally ready. You can and will get through this.

and just so you know we (i say we because i know i'm not the only one who shares this same thought) we never get tired of hearing about what you or anyone else is going through, you can repeat your problems as much as you want. We have to go through pain everyday, and a lot of people don't want to hear about it anymore (even the ones closest to us) but you have to get it out! holding in makes it soo much worse and you feel so lonely in that space.

Bless your heart ~ I know what it's all about. My sister has Crohn's disease, and has had the surgery to remove part of her bowel -- but she's been in remission for quite a few years!!! We always keep our fingers crossed cause you never know when it will flare up again.

I will CERTAINLY keep you in my prayers. And let's home that this surgery will solve a lot of your problems, and you'll go into remission. That's basically what happened with my sister. We're very thankful for it too! i know how painful this disease is -- so I'll be sure and say prayers on Tuesday.

Please take care of yourself and make SURE when you feel good enough to update us on how everything went. But wait until you're feeling GOOD. Ok?? God bless and take care. Hugs, Lee
