I am gonna get off for a while to go exercise no matter how I feel mentally or physically I do make time for it daily..How many of you exercise on a regular basis???

I will be back..still fed up on my medical

Im a part time soldier and excersise with them. My god those guys are killers, no pian no gain thats there motto. Its all good fun tho

I excersize every single day.

That is, if you count "lying in bed and taking a nap" as a form of excersize. No? Oh well, guess not then. Never mind.

When I roll from my left side to my right side I tell myself I am doing Tai Chi Exercise

They say exercise helps with your cholesterol levels. (But I had a friend Air Force buddy who ran an 8 minute mile with cadets every week and he began "throwing" strokes.. his triglycerides were sky high in spite of his cholesterol being normal. IMO exercise is greatly overrated. The main thing to do is BREATHE. The real result of aerobic exercise is getting fresh, and plenty of, O2 to your cells. AND YES, you can do that lying in bed. heheheh

LOL Gang I do REAL exercise anaerobic and aerobic and my lipids are really exceptional.....I also eat a HIGH HIGH HIGH fiber diet..I should be mega healthy lol...My dog kinda interferes with my Yoga but I do note that one the rare day I miss I am anxious and more loopy..I also feel guilty....I am rather muscular now..I like it...like ATG I do a lot ..I also do the bed Tai Chi too lol
