all day yesterday and it is starting again today. i barely made it through work. thank goodness it was an easy day and i framed "oops" work all day. you'd be surprised at how many people order expensive custom frames and never return for them. we call them "oops" and i took a stack of them and picked out artwork and mats and created something out of a few of them. it wasn't a very good idea cause i ended up buying one of them. nauseated but it was a lot of fun to just create and create and create.

i haven't changed my eating, my meds or my mind. so, i have no idea what is causing this. i think i'll try a xanax and see if that will help the tummy. i hate feeling nauseous.

Could be the flu, but my guess is all the crap you've been through lately has put a tremendous amount of stress on your system. It might be rebelling. nauseated

fayerody,
I'm so sorry you are not feeling well. If you have, or can get easily, fresh ginger root, cut off a chunk and boil it in some water. I usually take a thumb size and cut it into smaller pieces into a quart or so of water (I'm horrible with measurements). Boil 20 minutes or so. You can make the tea stronger or weaker, depending on what you can tolerate. You can add honey for sweetening if you need to. Sipping on ginger tea will help immensely with nausea.

Hope you feel better soon.

I sometimes feel nauseous when I'm very nervous... or when I haven't eaten enough or am stressed out.. so any of those might have contributed? they have anti-nausea tablets that you can take as OTC meds... like gravol. I'm drawing a mind blank to what else I do... but if it doesn't get better I'd check w/ my doc...

I used to have spells of nausea.. kept saltine crackers by my bed and reached up and nibbled on one when I needed to (often with eyes still closed.) Now, due to the messed up nerve messages, my stomach never feels settled.. I eat Rolaids. At least I'm getting calcium nauseated

i'm trying very hard to avoid anything that causes any anxiety. some of the problems here have ceased and that has helped tremendously. i also believe that it could have been made worse by an interaction from ice cream and wellbutrin. it gets much worse if i have ice cream. i stil have the nausea,if upset, but not as bad.

Could be from your ears, too. Nausea is such a nag. I do the ginger thing a lot, any form. Also, there are acupressure points on the inside of your wrists. I guess yer not preggers, right? (That was a joke.) If it keeps up, get it checked out, living on rolaids gets old....... and masks symptoms..... ya know?
I've been nauseus most of my life from a zillion causes, it sucks. I hope you figure it out and loose it soon.
