I was just wondering if any one on here was doing the Weight Watchers Point System? - I have just lost 20 pounds on it in the last 2 months and I am loving IT.... this program does not restrict (or forbid) what you can eat - you eat until you reach the limit of the daily points allowed for your body weight, then you eat no more, you STOP!
Now of course you will loose the weight quicker the better (more healthy) you eat, along with some form of exercise and plenty of water intake.

I've done it off and on over the years. Have you found Dottie's Weight Loss Zone? She has the point values for just about every restaurant I can think of. Plus lots of other goodies.

I found she had some updated menus that the books didn't have. Plus message boards, recipes, and other interesting information. It's become a really good source of information for me.

Here's her site.

I have done it in the past. I found that if you don't write down what you eat and drink all the water you won't lose the weight. I had lost about 50lbs but gained it all back and then some. I congratulate you on your loss.

Glad to hear it has worked for you! 20 lbs that is SO good! That's all I would want to lose... maybe after my body sheds the white blood cell infection fighting weight from the pneumonia, I will have lost a few too! grrrr

Hope I remember to visit dottie's sight...that would be interesting to say the least. Weight Watchers -
