I went to my doctor a few months ago because I was seriously tired all the time. She wanted me to have a blood test but I told her I would never find time to get it done. I work like a horse!
Since then I have lost about 3 stone which is a lot of weight as I'm quite small any way. I haven't got time to go to the doctors, I still feel really tired all the time and the weight is still dropping off me. I will say that I dont get time to eat when I'm at work and then when I get home I can't be bothered because I'm just too tired. I guess that I've lost the weight because I'm not eating, I guess that makes a lot of sense! Other than feeling tired and finding it hard to concentrate by the afternoon, I'm ok. I don't know, apart from not having time to eat, I'm not hungry either. I'm not really sure why I have done this post but thanks for listening.

I think it's really important that you go back to the doctor. Unintentional weight loss and loss of appetite is almost always a sign of a serious illness. You don't want to look back and regret not going to the doctor earlier.
Please take care.

I think you posted because you need to hear from someone impartial that what you describe could be very serious, and you need to find the time for that blood test and to go back to the doctor.
Weight loss worry and fatigue could be many things. And could nudge you toward depression; fixing the cause could help you feel so much better. Please go. ![]() |

Yes, you do have time to go see the doctor and to have a blood test. A blood test takes 5 minutes. Loss of weight and loss of appetite are very serious symptoms and should be thoroughly checked out by a doctor immediately.
It is never healthy to skip meals. And, it's not healthy to have a job that keeps you so busy that you don't have time to take proper care of yourself. It sounds like you are overworked or are not up to the rigors of your career. Have you considered changing jobs? |

Not sure how you can say that when you don't even know what my job is! Or anything else about me for that matter! Yeah, thanks for the support.
