Earlier today, I was thinking about an old friend who has recently died. Only happy memories! I suddenly had the most vivid memory of him. It was so funny that I went to his son's facebook and shared it there. Now, several hours later, I can remember having the memory, and I can remember writing the note, but I can't actually recall the incident itself. Does that make sense? I usually have a pretty good memory... I guess I want to know if this is something I should be concerned about...
I fight depression and anxiety, but have been stable on my meds for years now, so I don't think it's that. Any ideas? And it's not grief... it's been years since I saw him (He was a teacher of mine).

That is interesting! I'm 57 and have lots of memory problems, due to fibromyalgia and medications. But you say your meds haven't changed. If this kind of thing only happens once, then maybe it could be the emotions involved. I really don't know. I suggest you tell your doc about it. Try not to worry about it, though. Okay?
