had a " major league" headache ( as my son explained to his coach last night) yesterday.. went home from work early.. took some medicine and went to bed early.. well guess what this morning i still have a headache and i feel loopy.. my head doesnt hurt as bad but i feel if i do too much moving it could come back full force.. my neck is stiff and sore as well....
looks like a restful weekend for me...

I experience migraines too, definitely no fun. Hope you feel better soon.

(((((mrb))))) soft grrrrrrrrr's. Ice to the back of the neck... ginger..in any form (as I've said, even in an emergency put ground ginger in hot water and drink...no it won't totally dissolve, but it will help with the headache.) Gingerale, ginger root, ginger gum, gingersnap cookies... (((hugs)))

Sky....I have heard about these in the past. I might have to try it....Good ideas. feeling like i am in a migraine fog or something

thanks guys, i had a pretty easy weekend... i slept until 9:30 saturday morning... man that felt good!!! I am feeling better than i was the other day.. i think it is all this stress i have been under.. i am breathing and that is good
