I get a lot of headaches and migraines. Painkillers, and go and have a sleep if you can. (((((((( allthegirls )))))))))

Thanks pegs, Ive taken some pain killers, Ive got stuff from Docs. I have real problems with headaches and so on. I think i will pack up for tonight and head off to bed. See you soon

Try drinking a 24 oz MT. Dew........... it will help shrink the blood vessels that are causing the pain. |

Migraine has gone! It only lasted a day. I got up this morning as bright as a button! Im doing house work, writing up some notes and Ive eaten. If the rain stops I will go down my allotment. This dam scottish weather! It keeps raining

My friend gets migraines. Her mother got her some kind of head massager thing (never seen it, only going off her description) and you just move it around the painful spots on the head and it got rid of it (unless she was talking about an ordinary headache. But maybe something to consider?
