so for a couple of weeks i have been getting pain in my right shoulder, the right side of my back, my right arm, my right wrist, both my legs and a tight pulling feeling in my my chest.

when i wake up the pain is only in my back (right side) but after about 5 hours it's in everywhere else mentioned. i have had issues with my back for over a year after falling down a flight of concrete stairs, the doctor said there's nothing he can see wrong with my back after tests. so it could be related, but i'm not sure because it's a different part of my back to where i usually get pain.

i think the best way to describe the pain in my legs is that it feels like i have ran too far, and it's the same kind of pain everywhere else. but it happens when i've done nothing extra in my day.

i am confused to what it is cuz it's so spread out. but it's been like this for a couple of weeks and doesn't seem to be stopping.

just wondering if anyone had any ideas of what it could be? or how i can help the pain go?

thanks

Hi (((QuietOnexx))) - sorry you're dealing with this pain. Did you get Xrays after falling down the stairs? That's a significant fall and not surprising you would have pain. Muscles are very intricate and related to each other -one strained muscle can have a domino affect. If you can tolerate some stretching, try this but only after a good warmup - maybe join a yoga class and swimming. Take a hot bath using Epsom Salts and use ibuprofen as long as your doctors says its okay. Hope you feel better soon.

Yeah I've had X-rays for my back and they've been clear. I go to the gym and do stretching there. I will try a bath

Thanks for your suggestions.

And now getting really dizzy a fair bit. Passing out. And racing heart for no reason.

The earliest appointment with my dr i could book was Tuesday morning so that's 3 days. Should I do something sooner?
